Return Policy
Please contact info@rockwoodwalls.com or 888.288.4045 for all returns. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.  We will offer credit or even exchange for any items returned. Worn or used items are not returnable.  Sorry, we do not refund shipping or handling charges unless you were shipped an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged in some way. 

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
